Eucharia Scroggins, PA-C

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Eucharia is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She is heading our Osteoporosis Clinic at Lone Star Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists.


Eucharia earned two undergraduate degrees; a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Texas A&M University.  She then went on to achieve a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University. Her clinical experience is immense with expertise as a surgical PA, General Orthopedic PA, and managing  an Osteoporosis and Pain Management clinic. Eucharia Scroggins  is ecstatic to join the Lone Star Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists family and take on a role to help those suffering from Osteoporosis. 

Osteoporosis is a “silent disease” that our patients need assistance managing, and with Eucharia leading the Osteoporosis Clinic, we can get a tight grasp on helping our Burleson, Fort Worth, and Mansfield patients.

Adam J. Bruntz, PA-C, MPAS, FLS

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Adam J. Bruntz is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).  He has been working alongside Dr. Bajaj in the operating room for the past 11 years.

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences (cum laude) from the University of North Texas, in Denton and completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) in Fort Worth.

Adam’s interest is to restore patients back to a healthy physical lifestyle.  His clinic focuses on a comprehensive approach to diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management for improving orthopedic conditions including bone health outcomes.  Furthermore, Adam has a true passion for education where he serves as a Clinical Preceptor for PA students at the UNTHSC PA Studies Program.

Warren Dean, PA-C

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Warren Dean PA-CWarren is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). He assists Dr. Evans and Dr. Thomas.

A veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he worked as an army medic and a paramedic before obtaining a Bachelor’s in Biology from Sul Ross State University, and a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from the UT Southwestern School of Health Professions. 

Although he primarily assists in joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery here at Lonestar, he also has years of experience in spine surgery as well as clinical and inpatient treatment. He is passionate about patient care and education, believing that the best outcomes occur when patients are an active and knowledgeable part of their treatment plan. 

Madison Harmon, PA-C

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Madison Harmon, also known as “Madi” to her patients, is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She assists Dr. Patel in the clinic and in the OR.

Madi has lived in Mansfield, Texas since she was in the 5th grade and graduated from Mansfield High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Texas Tech University. During her time at Texas Tech, she worked with the football and baseball teams as a student athletic trainer. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UNT Health Science Center. Madi is a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Madi has a special interest in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. She enjoys working with patients and helping them get back to the activities they love. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends & family.


Jennifer Wright, PA-C

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Jennifer Wright is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She is leading our after-hours and weekend clinic to bring more convenient healthcare access to the Burleson community and surrounding areas. She is passionate about delivering quality care and cultivating a positive experience for every patient.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Several years later after working in the business world, she went on to complete a Masters of Medical Science achieving Second Honors at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. Her clinical experience includes serving as surgical first assistant to general orthopedic and sports medicine physicians in the operating room for total joint replacements and other general orthopedic surgeries in addition to delivering outpatient, pre-operative, and post-operative care.

Working for years in business has shown her how business acumen is also an asset as a healthcare provider. As a physician assistant, your customer is your patient and patient-centered care demands understanding their needs and desires to deliver personalized treatment. Jennifer believes in creating patient value by meeting these patient-specific needs. When patients experience not only a favorable clinical outcome, but also customized solutions to their condition, it fosters a memorable experience and leads to a continued patient-provider relationship.

Jennifer is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Society of Orthopedic Professionals, and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys yoga, travel, and time with friends and family.


Randa Daily, AGACNP-BC

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

Randa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) who is working alongside Dr. Marti and the pain management clinic. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing degree from West Texas A&M University and then proceeded to obtain a Master’s in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. While attending Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, she was able to travel to Lima, Peru and Dumaguete, Philippines to help provide care to their underserved populations.

Randa has over 20 years of clinical experience and has a passion for providing care and education to patients. She hopes to help improve results for patients by helping to provide additional resources when needed, understanding, and compassion to help find solutions to improve quality of life. Patient education is very important which can be a driver for positive solutions and better health for patients. Additionally, she enjoys teaching nursing students and believes in paying education forward.

Randa is a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American College of Cardiology, and Iota Mu chapter for Sigma. She loves to travel, spend time with family, and volunteer her time in health care.
