Adam J. Bruntz, PA-C

Physician Assistant for Dr. Bajaj

Adam J. Bruntz is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who works with Dr. Gurpreet Bajaj in treating patients and assisting in surgeries. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in biomedical sciences at the University of North Texas, graduating cum laude. Adam was then accepted into the Physician Assistant program at the UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He graduated with his Master’s of Physician Assistant in Orthopaedic Surgery. Adam enjoys restoring patients back to their healthy, physical lifestyles. His practice includes taking the necessary time to educate patients on orthopedic conditions leading to best-treatment plan outcomes.  Adam is happily married and loves spending time in the great outdoors with his family.

Laura Norris, FNP-C

Certified Nurse Practitioner 

Laura Norris is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who oversees the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic at Lone Star Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists.

Laura received her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Tarleton State University. She then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with her Master of Science in Nursing. Laura’s expert knowledge in providing comprehensive medical care to patients, paired with her gift for communicating and comforting patients has led her to join the Lone Star Orthopaedic team.

Laura is passionate in caring for those patients with Osteoporosis because she feels it is a very under-served population. She looks forward to shedding light on this “silent disease”, and providing patients the care they need to combat Osteoporosis and improve their quality of life.

Rafath Creamier, FNP-C

Certified Nurse Practitioner 

Rafath Creamier, also known as “Rae” to her patients, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She assists Dr. Marti in pain management at Lone Star Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists.


Rafath earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. She then went on to graduate from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with a Masters of Science in Nursing  and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical experience ranges from cardiology and trauma, to the emergency department and internal medicine. Rafath truly speaks to her patients on a level that they’re comfortable with about their options. She prides herself on making communication the first step for patient recovery, not medication.


Rafath is devoted to working with patients in physical pain to gain a better understanding of why they are hurting, how to manage or reduce it, and restore their functionality. Her passion is evident as she looks toward helping the Burleson, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities with their pain management.
